Hi-does anyone have a good contact number for zillow. A number where someone will actually call you back. I'm trying to claim my home as the homeowner and it keeps saying it sends me the pw link to have the pw changed and it never does. My contract with my realtor ended yesterday and it still says for sale and lists all the information leading to the agent.

If the contract just ended yesterday, I would imagine the MLS will be updated today, and it should propagate out to Zillow shortly all by itself without you *needing* to do anything.

For what reason?

Not sure what you're asking now

You don't need to update it... When it is taken off the market in the mls, that new change should propagate out to Zillow automatically. Not just Zillow, but all the public facing real estate sites.

To answer your question, now that I read it again... sorry I don't know a contact number for Zillow. I try to never work with them. I do hope your property information gets updated soon.

Wecome to the Z machine. I don't think they have phone numbers. They probably answer email occasionally.

867-5309?
Ask for Jenny?

Yeah, it's flippant, but will be just as productive.
Jenny cares as much as Zillow does.
