Hi !

I'm interested in offering immersive tour for my clients. But I don't know if it's real effective.

Do you have any advice, experience or feedbacks from clients, with this technologie ?

Thanks

from what I've seen, people don't bother to look at virtual tours, even if they are 3D.

You can confirm this by putting a visitor counter on the website, and see how low it is.

I guess people look at the photos first, and if they pique their interest enough, they might click the tour.

When I look at counters, I see that viewers drift away during the photo tour.
After the first few photos, viewership counts taper down significantly with each additional photo.

So, put the good stuff first...

Virtual tours aren't that exciting. A video tour walking through the home or a drone video would be better, or if you really want to spend some get a matterport 3d tour done.

I look at as many pictures and videos are offered. In fact, I arrange my list according to how many there are

I think what the OP means by 'immersive tour' is a video tour, and those don't get many hits.

A lot of tour videos I see linked in the MLS are hosted on youtube, and when you look at the number of views, they are often in the single digits.

I love the 3D tours so much that I bought the Matterport Camera. Your actual home showings will go down since the people can get an intuitive feel for the house. Seller's love it.
