When you get into it, you can forward to them your entire database of old contacts. "Dead Leads" they call it, and they claim a 1%--2% closing ratio. And pay you 25% referral fees.
Kind of like scavenger collectors buying old loans for a penny on the dollar and hounding people to pay, it seemed.
What decent person in their right mind would forward peoples' names and contact information to people like this hoping to cash in on 25% referral fees?

I supposed if one had a large database of leads they'd consider it. Do they pay for the leads or just referrals if they close someone?
