Hey,
First off I wanted to say I'm not affiliated with YMCA in any way. I am a basketball nut and love to watch/play basketball, so I thought I would pass this info along to others who may feel the same!
The Cary Y is having a summer 35+ basketball league. It is open to all skill ranges and is a draft league. You can't sign up as a team, only as an individual. There will be a "draft" night where the team captains will get together and pick players from the pool available. Players will play a couple pick up games while the captains scout for talent

. The league is open to members and non-members. Check out the info on their website.
It sounds like a fun, new concept for a league and should ensure the teams are even and everyone has fun.
I have played in a couple Y leagues, and selected to be a team captain for this new league. The leagues are usually lots of fun.
Catch ya on the rebound!
