I'm looking for some "upscale" high-end apartments like the West Village Apartments in Durham - except I want to live in Raleigh.

Does anyone know if they have a sister property in the Raleigh area that is pretty much the same property as the one in Durham ?

Thanks ahead of time for sharing !

I live in Grace Park in Morrisville which is kinda similar. They have different floor plans to choose from and are currently building garden style apartments too. Beware though, AVOID the apartments with the concrete floors. When we first moved there we lived below someone with concrete floors and the footsteps and echos was sooo bad we actually paid them to move to a 3rd floor carpeted apartment.

Although they're condos, a friend of mine used to live at Caraleigh Mills in Raleigh. Many owners will rent out their units. The property is really cool -- an old brick textile mill, converted into lofts several years ago.

OK Thanks ! I was really hoping to find something along the same lines as West Village, but I'll check those out too.

Try Park & Market in North Hills if you want luxury at steep rents.
