Where can I find apartments that house recent college graduates? I also would like to be in a safe area of raleigh because I will probably be living alone. If I could get a bunch of recommendations of apartments to look into that would be great!!

currently, i live at the clarion crossing apartments off of avent ferry. its set back a little bit so you dont hear any of the cars on that main road. plus theres tons of trees, a stream that goes thruout the complex (my patio has a great view!), the staff is very friendly, they have a pool, 24/hr fitness room, free tanning, computer room, and theyre pet friendly (upto 3 pets and no breed/size restrictions!). I live on the first floor, which i was kinda hesitant about, but i took over someones lease, and got a good price....im a 23yr old female, and am always freaked out about living alone and being in a safe area, but i can honestly say that i dont in the slightest feel unsafe here!

im sure theyre willing to negotiate on price, too....most places are, since theyd rather knock $50-100/mth off the current promotional price than have that extra unoccupied unit causing them to lose more money. i have a 2bd1ba (i think the "fletcher" model?" and pay $667 which includes my $10/mth pet rent and $12/mth for the painted walls...otherwise it would cost $645!

anywho, its deff. worth checking out! good luck =)
