Looking for good REALTOR in Clayton area (closing, live)

We are relocating to Johnston County next month and will need a good, down-to earth, REALTOR. Has anyone had a good experience with one in the Clayton area?

We LOVED our realtor who really got to know US and helped us through the long process of finding exactly what we wanted (I was beginning to worry that we'd never find it as it took awhile to find what we were looking for).

Her office is right in the center of Clayton at Hometowne Realty. Call Teresa Byrd and tell her Lauren McGinley referred you (if you go with her).

Really can't say enough nice things about her and how easy she made the entire process for us. Even watching our kids while we did the closing.
