I am coming from baltimore and paying ALOT for private elementary schools for our children. What are the private schools costs in Raleigh Durham per year? Thanks, D
Either is fine. I just find in Baltimore that the parochial schools are greatly lacking in funds and tend to be a little run down. Is that the same in Raleigh/Durham? Thanks. D
Durham Academy (Pre-K through Grade 12)
Pre-Kindergarten & Kindergarten: $10,920
Grades One through Four: $15,815
Grade Five through Eight: $16,170
Grades Nine through Twelve: $17,540

Reason: typo
Cardinal Gibbons is a Catholic High School. Most of the Catholic elementary/middle schools here are fairly new - Cathedral, Our Lady of Lourdes, and Immaculata being the exceptions. I would say none are run down, although the three mentioned above are in older buildings - although Lourdes has a newer building for elementary students. The Franciscan School, St. Michael's, St. Raphael's, St. Mary Magdalene are all in newer buildings. Tuition is around $5500 if you are a parishoner, $7800 if you aren't. These schools are Kindergarten through 8th.
Per their website, Saint Mary's is 18,917 for day students and the fee for boarding students is 37,450.
As a alum, I'm including various fees. The fees above are bare bones.
