Any one used SFI security System or PHT security system (Raleigh: home security, live)

Hi,

I am looking for a home alarm system. I came across 2 of the local companies :

Security force Inc (SFI) : Raleigh Security Company | Home & Small Business Monitoring « Security Force Inc.
PHT : Home Security Systems Dealer: Power Home Technologies

Has anybody used either of them ? How is their service ?

I am looking for good equipment but cheaper monitoring service. I don't want the fancy stuff like mobile app etc etc.

Anybody used livewatch ?
