Thanks to all for the info on these forums...they have been very helpful! My wife and I are moving to the area because my work is relocating me. We have looked at all the areas of the Triangle and have settled on the Wake Forest area, possibly North Raleigh or Rolesville.
We've found a couple of subdivisions we like but are worried there are some hidden gems we have yet to unearth...can any locals give any tips to good subdivisions? We're in our late 20's expecting our first child in the beginning of '07. Here is our housing wish list, :
-Established subdivision with mature trees.
-Family oriented community
-2 car garage
- ~2000 square feet
-Close to a park if possible
