Halloween 2013 in the triangle? (Durham, Franklin: living in, mall, parties)

It may be a little early for this but I like to plan ahead so...my boyfriend and I live in south Durham (southpoint mall area) and this year will be our first Halloween living in the area. We are trying to figure out what organized events are going on around here. We are open to most anything, concerts, festivals, parties ect. We just want to be around other people our age (20 something), and we do plan on dressing up. Any suggestions?
