Does anyone know of any events in the triangle for adults on Saturday October 27? I am amazed at how difficult this is to find. After hours of searching on Google, I can only find a party at the LongBranch, with almost no information about it other than it seems to be a country event and we aren't country. Isn't there a hotel doing anything or another club that will have a band or at least a good DJ? Thanks!
G015 used to have ahuge one but I don't know if they do it anymore. Frankilin Street in CHapel Hill is the place to be if you want to party, but it's a younger crowd. Still fun to people watch though and some amazing costumes!
Yes, I used to live in Chapel Hill and my last Halloween night was about 3 years ago, I won't be going back. Like a lot of things, it has really gotten out of hand as times change and too many people from outside the area visit. After 10pm it is actually very dangerous. We were almost killed in one of those things you only see on TV where people crowding the corner by spanky's started pushing each other and stampeding. People panicked, some were trampled, it was horrible.
I am still looking for a party with a band somewhere. I know that some are having events on Saturday and others are doing it on Halloween night, but we can't party on a weeknight. Do any hotels have a ball? One year a club that is not longer in business near the Longbranch had a nice party. I guess I'll have to call each venue individually and see what is happening. Thanks!
If you like to go out on the actual day of Halloween..the only place to go in Raleigh is White Collar Crime. Go early because it gets packed!
