Carpet Cleaning North Raleigh. Any Recommendations? (rental, house, tenants)

We've recently bought a house and moving out of our rental place. Need to get the carpets professionally cleaned before handing property back to landlord. Can anyone recommend any good carpet cleaning firms in North Raleigh area? Hopefully, not too expensive either...

I really like Eatmon's Carpet Cleaning. Matthew Eatmon is the owner and he does all of the work himself. He is very reasonably priced, polite, courteous, punctual, and professional. He always cleans the carpets in our rental properties between tenants and they always look great. The carpets are now about 10 years old but they still look great!
