Hi All!

New user here looking for advice from my fellow city data users. I am moving out in December and looking for an apartment. Ideally, the apartment complex I live in would have some or all of these characteristics:

* Dog Friendly
* Relatively Inexpensive
* All Utilites Included?
* Raleigh/Wake Forest Area

It will be my first time living on my own. In Greenville while I was in school most student living apartment complexes had utilites included. From my research (which has been limited) for apartments in Raleigh these generally do not include utilites. Any recommendations of apartment complexes would be appreciated. Thanks for your time!

I suggest Mission Valley. Apartments start around $500 a month in that area. Cant beat that in Raleigh. Also there is shopping and a movie theater. You can walk almost anywhere in this area. I don't know if you can find anything with all utilities included but this area has been around since I was a teen in the 70's, maybe a lot longer. I don't live out that way but I go there sometimes because its a 10 minute drive. I like the theater.
