Can someone please tell me what the current social membership(tennis, swim, fitness) fees are for Brier Creek Country Club for a family living in a home(not a townhouse/apartment) in the neighborhood? Also, are there additional fees for exercise classes? I can't seem to get a straight answer from the membership office- there are many different levels- I am interested in the one that residents have to participate in- including initiation fee and if there are extra costs after you join- such as extra fees for the fitness classes.
Thank you!

We pay $135 a month for fitness membership (pool, gym). Initiation was 3k, but that was a few years ago.

Thanks for your reply. Does that fee include all of the fitness classes, or do you have to pay extra for them? Are there any other things that you have to pay extra for? Do you have a minimum amount you have to spend on food and beverage?

There is no minimum to spend on food and beverage. You'll get a bill every month.

I have never taken a fitness class, but I understand that they are almost always an extra cost. Sometimes there are free classes.

I can't think of anything extra we have to pay for, exactly. You have the standard, like property tax, monthly social, fitness or golf expenses and yearly HOA assessment.
