I created a Google Map for Triangle Disc Golf Courses for my own purposes, and I thought some of you might be amazed at the plethora of discing opportunities in the area.
Some call it "Frolf", but I never have, for whatever reason.

Reason: second link didn't display correctly... again. Just took 2nd one out.
Thanks. Just played again last weekend for the first time in a couple of years. Wow, it showed. Apparently, I have forgotten how to properly release the disc on drives, but at least my putts were pretty good.
There is an article in the Chapel Hill News about soem new courses. chapelhillnews.com | Interest in disc golf soars (http://www.chapelhillnews.com/sports/story/25191.html - broken link) with photo gallery here: chapelhillnews.com | Gallery (http://www.chapelhillnews.com/105/v-pop_gallery/gallery/25192-a25190-t3.html - broken link)
I switched the map over to another gmail account. I tried to edit the first post, but couldn't find a way.
I added the new Middle Creek Park Disc Golf Course to the map. Played it this past weekend and it was a real challenge. Very tight and wooded for the most part.
I saw Middle Creek had a course, but I havent been yet. I am happy to hear it is challenging!
PS- Buckhorn is a terrible course, don't go! Don't tell anyone about it, just forget it even exists! It is horrendous playing disc golf with no people on the course surrounded by beautiful nature in tranquil silence! There are also monsters in the lake that will steal your discs and eat your pets!
