Need a realtor that knows Lake Royale (Faison: home, purchasing)

Hello,
we are from out of state but are looking at purchasing a lot in the Lake Royale Community. But since we are out of state, obviously we can't just drive out there and take a look, or jump on a plane and go see it. Could anyone recommend a really good realtor that knows that community well and goes the extra mile for his/her customers? I have searched the threads and have not been able to find this kind of information.

We live in Lake Royale so I thought I'd try to help. We bought a home 2 years ago and used Royale Realty. They are right here in the lake. They were very nice and it was convenient to use them because their office is right outside of the gate to the community. However, I would not recommend the agent we used, Dick Merryman. I found him not very helpful and he just didn't seem to want to help us. Unfortunately, I don't know much about the other agents in the office. We spoke with Ann Faison several times and she was very nice but that doesn't always mean she would be a good agent. There is a website, if you haven't found it already, it's Royale Realty. But give them a call. They do know the community extremely well and it's easy to see properties with them. Good luck! Any more questions, feel free to ask.
