NC 55 & Mccrimmon Pkwy Site Development (Cary: storage, station, area)

Anyone know what is planned for the site under development on the east side of NC 55, just south of McCrimmon Pkwy? It looks most likely a retail site but can't locate it on the Cary Planning website.

If you are referring the area being developed just beyond Carpenter Fire Station Rd, it looks like it we will have MORE storage units built close by (ugh ). check out this older thread:
