Hello all,

As indicated, was wondering if anyone could give me some info on the neighborhoods in this area? To be even more specific, I'm looking at townhouses/neighborhoods that are East of the Durham Woodcroft area, but West of Brier Creek Country Club, and North of I-40. One of the main roads I keep seeing pop up is TW Alexander Drive, if that helps at all. Thanks!

TW Alexander runs through RTP and is largely filled with businesses, not residences. I know there are apartments in that vicinity. I do believe there's a town home neighborhood, maybe, between Page and 70 (Glenwood) off Alexander.

I lived in Avera Place for a few months in 2008 while my wife and I were house-hunting in Durham. It's a very nice community, and I liked the location a lot - it's removed from Brier Creek so you don't have to deal with the crazy traffic, but it's quick drive when you want to get over there or down to the strip center at Page and Alexander.

I don't get over that way very often anymore, but I remember some other apartments on Alexander that are west of Page Rd., too. Like meh said, though, it's mostly industrial west of Page.
