I am new to the area and have two kids, and was wondering if anyone knew of any places to go trick or treating around the garner area... and when the city is allowing to go home to home and trick or treat???

Trick or treating from home to home generally starts at sun down. If a home is accepting trick or treaters they usually leave the front light on.

I'm not aware of any local municipalities determining set times where trick or treating is allowed.

Cities here don't tend to regulate the times of trick-or-treating.

Kids seem to start ringing our doorbell around 6pm in our neighborhood.
