Coming to visit, staying in Chapel Hill, driving from Raleigh Airport, cool things to see? (Durham: rentals)

What do you guys recommend are MUST-See's for a couple coming to visit your lovely Triangle?

We are interested in seeing maybe 1 or 2 of the best museums or something of this nature, and maybe checking out Duke's Campus in Durham or UNC's campus.....

Anything around that is really cool/interesting that we should check out such as a brewery or a major companies plant that offers tours or similar?

I would visit the fullsteam brewery on a Friday or Saturday Evening. Not a place to go for a tour, but great social gathering spot where you can grab a pint, buy some food from a local gourmet food truck and do some serious people watching.
