Looking for hair colorist in Hillsborough. (salon, schools, job)

I need to find someone near me who does hair color. I have been using the Beauty Schools, but it can be good one day and bad the next. I would like to find someone that I can go to regularly and always know I will get a good job done on my hair. any suggestions in the Hillsborough area?
