I'm looking for a good real estate lawyer in Cary/Raleigh area who has experience in writing WILLS. Could you please help me out. Thank you in advance.

A real estate lawyer for a will? Wouldn't one knowledgeable in estate planning be more appropriate? If you do need a lawyer to do a will, the best thing is to first get a book from NoLo.com or a do-it-yourself kit, fill in all of the answers, then take that to the lawyer. It will save a ton of money vs having the lawyer cover all of the basic stuff.

thats what i was thinking- that OP meant an Estate attorney as opposed to a REAL estate attorney , but then, maybe (i thought possibly) a real estate attorney covered estate planning as well? i dont think so but for lack of certainty in the matter i didnt say anything...
