Hi everyone!
My husband and I will be needing a short term rental (ideally month to month!) when we first move down (from Boston) until we purchase a house.
I've checked hotpads and craigslist...

Any other suggestions?

We are hoping to find something in Cary - since that is where we hope to purchase a home, and would like to get a feel for the area. Apex also a possibility..

We are currently looking at a June/July move in.. (may be earlier..)

Thanks so much!!

There are furnished and unfurnished apartments that allow short-term -- they are more expensive, but fine in the short-term. I think I googled 'corporate rental' which is where we found one in the Cary area way back when.

Search apartmentguide.com or caryrent.com. Month to month rentals pay a premium compared to a normal yearly lease-even a 6 months is more than yearly just to give u a head's up

Check out Weston Lakeside Apartments - Luxury Apartment Homes Near Raleigh, NC

We relocated from MA and lived in one of their furnished corporate apts while house hunting. I think the minimum lease is 60 days. Great location. Ours was paid for, so I have no idea what they charge for rent.
