Hi - We were recently notified that our son is #10 on the waitlist for Woods Charter. We're excited...although not entirely certain what we'll do if we get in, since we already are in the Chapel Hill-Carrboro schools and relatively happy with them. But the smaller class size and perhaps more individual attention at Woods, is appealing to me. Anyway, can anyone give me a sense of how common it is for Woods Charter to go to that level on the waitlist? I know they only notifiy the top 15 spots, but just wondering if everyone pretty much accepts their offer. Finally, my older daughter didn't get in for this year, of course. But if my son ends up getting into Woods, how likely would it be for my daughter to get in as a sibling next year (she'll be in 4th grade).
Thanks!
