I am planning on making the move from LI to Raleigh.
Just have a question about the schools. I've read a lot of different things. What going on?
I read that because of overcrowding your child might not necesarily go to the school where you live. Then you might have one child in your district and your other child in another district. It that true?
Also, how good are the schools in general. How do they rank state wide compared to other schools? How about compared to other states?
My aunt actually lives in raleigh so i've been speaking w/ her. She told me to look in the north raleigh and wakefeild areas. That the schools were nicer there. Does anyone have any experience w/ these schools?
I've also read the chapel hill county doesn't have the same problems w/ the schools that wake county does and that they are good schools. Does anyone have any experience w/ these schools?
thanks
