Very good points, Grizzmeister. Thanks so much, everyone, for weighing in. Given the feedback as well as what I have seen in WF, it seems that the town fits the bill for my family. And even if the bill is slightly higher, when you put it into perspective, it still comes out a winner.

Please continue to share any feedback about the town, its costs and its neighborhoods. Meanwhile, thanks again for your help. You guys are great!
