that's funny..but true

I would have easy access to the Wake Tech interchange, there would be no increase in traffic in my subdivision, but I would be able to read the license plates of cars on the freeway as they drove by my house. Does that matter?

I would rather they cut through a farm and a single house then 10 house in a planned development.

The farmer getting their house paved over gets paid, the 10 houses in the development get paid. The 100+ remaining houses in that development that are next to the road and can't walk to their pool or their neighbors anymore don't get paid. Way more people get affected and it's about people affected not old houses or family farms...

The rest of the post: "I would think 'No Effect' might equal 'No Effect...'"
Might apply to your house...
