My wife was on the phone for over an hour last week just to change a work order from "wireless" to "no wireless" at my daughter's new place. They put her on hold several times for 15 or 20 minutes at a time. I guess when you wait 10 minutes you might as well wait another 10. Next thing you know you've wasted an hour on your life hanging on to the receiver

I guess in the case of TW customer service the best thing to try to remember is just "grin and bear it"
