Does anyone have inside info on Hunters Mark Sub in Garner? We are looking to relocate ASAP and came across this neighborhood in the MLS.

Any info would be great!!

Thanks!

Is this the subdivision off Jones Sausage?

If so, we looked in there and there were some nice floorplans with decent options. Our big beef was the lot sizes. In particular, there were several homes that had an okay front yard but their back yard was 10' (if that) before a very steep slope ran straight down to the house that was sitting behind them.

we are selling our house there let me know if you need any more info about any of the houses, since i drive by them all every day! by this point you might have moved, but i came across this forum when trying to locate the builder's webpage! i agree with the lots - ours is one where the backyard looks UP a hill to the neighboors - but if you put a fence along the back, you'd have a decent yard, just on a slope.

I'm buying a home in that area. True about the lots...slope. However, I got one that is flat. I spoke with neighbors and they had nothing but good things to say about the neighborhood. It (neighorhood) seems well maintained and has an active HOA. I feel comfortable about my purchase.

Any more info about this neighborhood. I like the houses but how is the environment? I am married with a child on the way and we want to move to an area that is great to raise a family for next five or so years. Thanks!
