Yep, my entire post was sarcasm.

Can't imagine they can sell 1BR condos, on a river, for $600k and more, in Port Charlotte. This isn't Hawaii for heaven's sake.

It is waterfront land, adjoining the newly built Live Oak Point park. They could have made a real gem by extending Live Oak Point but instead choose to give it away. We, the citizens and taxpayers of Charlotte County, mean nothing to the county rulers.
