I had a really busy week and am headed out of town tomorrow. I needed to take something to UPS. It was boxed and ready to go. I couldn't get to the UPS store near work before they closed since I had meetings for the entire work day. So I used the Shyp app and had to pay $5 to get my package picked up and sent for me.

Someone in the office is eating an orange. I love the smell of oranges. I love the flavor of oranges. But I HATE the whole peeling business. It's so much work, and I have to have every bit of that white stuff picked off. I would totally pay someone $10 to peel an orange for me (wearing gloves). And if I could do that, I might eat them like 3 times a week.

There is an orange peeler that cuts slits in the skin which makes it easier to peal. The reason I know this is because when I was cleaning out the utensil draw I found one. Asked daughter what it was and she was proud to show her superior intellect in educating me (a mere mortal) on what it is. I'll be damned if I ever use it ... smart@ss kid.

I got to the airport extra early because I knew the security line would be long. I called my parents to check in and the chatting eliminated a lot of the buffer. Will only have about an hour after security before boarding to get some snacks and lunch.

My Yankee Scented candles' scents are clashing with one another. I should have chosen two different ones to burn together.

Hmm, but I doubt that it picks out every tiny bit of all the white rind stuff.

I want to plant some flowers in my front flower beds but I don't want to go to the nursery to pick any out. It's going to be a mad house there. Why can't I be like Samantha on Bewitched and just wiggle my nose and it's done? I mean, I know what flowers I want - I just don't want to go get them.

Come to think of it, I don't want to plant them either. I just want them to be there.
