The De Deitrich oven is a tremendous life saver for people who are accustomed to burning any food they attempt to prepare. There are many ovens that can be said to be particularly helpful, but this oven rises to a new level of cooking machinery entirely. It's the closest thing you can have to a chef in your kitchen without actually employing a personal cook.

The De Deitrich oven is full of sensors on the inside. These sensors are responsible for the magic of this oven. They will judge the weight and density of the food that you put into the oven. Once it does that it will tell you what shelf is best for you to place the food, what function is best for cooking, and what temperature you should preheat the oven to. The oven monitors your food the entire time. It even reads the humidity inside the oven so it knows whether the food inside is becoming too dry.

As for having to know what to do and when to remove your entrée from the oven, you don't have to stress about forgetting what time you put the food in or retrieving your dinner before it's finished cooking. The De Deitrich oven has a touch screen panel that acts as the face of the most intelligent oven there is. This system allows you to choose what you are cooking and how much you want it cooked. For example, if you choose lamb from the list of options it will ask you if you want it pink or well cooked or if you want roast beef, it will ask you if you prefer your meat rare, or well done. Once you make those decisions it will tell you just how long it will take for your food to cook. If you have company coming over at a certain time, you can even input the expected time of arrival into the oven and it will create a delay so that your meal is ready precisely when your guests arrive.

The De Deitrich oven also has a low temperature cooking feature that allows you to cook smaller dishes just as easily as your main courses. You can cook everything from puddings, to fish, to bread with the low temperature cooking feature. Once you're finished using the De Deitrich oven at the end of the day you don't have to worry about the clean up nearly as much as you might with other ovens. The edges are highly non-stick to accommodate the anti splash feature. It's equipped with an Eolyse air purification system and the cool touch glass is easily removable for a fast wipe down, but don't bother really going to work on that door. First just activate the self cleaning feature which heats the oven up to 500 degrees Celsius and reduces all of that mess inside to ash! After that, wiping out the oven is super fast and easy and the intense heat has already sanitized your De Deitrich oven for its next use.

This oven is not particularly friendly being priced at nearly $1500 but considering all that this oven offers and the financial stretches that many people will make for much less impressive ovens, the price cannot take away from the five stars awarded to the De Deitrich oven.
