The Whirlpool 25.0 CuFt French Door Refrigerator is alright; it has both positive and negative features. Some of the beneficial features are the slide out freezer door, the clear humidity-controlled crisper, upper slide-out freezer basket, the Accu-Chill(TM) temperature management system, and the upper slide-out freezer basket. The Whirlpool 25.0 CuFt French Door Refrigerator is spacious and makes it easy to organize all of the food easily because of its' sliding drawers and the drawers inside the doors. Now, some of the negatives: First of all, the freezer portion of this refrigerator over freezes everything. The customer service at Whirlpool suggested minimizing the amount of things I store in their, but even after I followed that advice, things over-freeze. In addition to that, the freezer space is small to begin with and not very practical like the rest of the refrigerator. Unfortunately, it does not have a crushed ice option and when selecting cubed ice, it comes too quickly and the ice spills everywhere. Because of that reason, if you want ice, you need to hold out a bowl or something larger than a cup to avoid having it spill all over the floor. In addition to all these problems, the customer service at Whirlpool is poor as well. When something was not working with my fridge, they promised to come and fix it for free, but when they arrived, they denied that and billed me four hundred dollars for it. Unfortunately, the bottom drawers do not pull out easily and need to be adjusted. At least it's large enough though and the pull out French doors are a good contribution. Overall, the Whirlpool 25.0 CuFt French Door Refrigerator has more negatives about it than positives but it isn't a terrible product. It is, however, quite expensive and there are better options. For $1,600, you can find a different brand refrigerator that will not come with all of these problems.
