Or do you just browse the internet until the actual game comes on and then use the web to comment on the game? For some reason the pregame shows doesn't seem as exciting as they used to because of the internet. Does anyone else still watch these shows on sunday mornings?
I do. I usually watch ESPN, then i'll turn it to Fox for a little and then I'll check out CBS. So I watch them all.
It starts way too early for me and that's one of the main reasons I stopped watching. ESPN felt they had to compete with the NFL network and expanded the pregame to 3 hours
Once in awhile, I will watch the local pregame shows from Philly but I stopped watching the network shows quite awhile ago.
I also stopped watching halftime a long time ago. I turn the TV off for 13 minutes and then the second half is just about ready to start.
I've quit watching ESPN for most things that aren't a live sporting event
Same deal with the NFL pre-game coverages
I just don't have time to watch a bunch of chuckleheads made bold noisy statements with half hearted premises that cover only a few small teams ......... there is just nothing there for me
I'm in church. Usually don't get home until around halftime of the first game.
The 3 hour programs allows me to watch a little before I go to church.
Usually I gravitate to whomever is talking Eagles, Texans, or Chargers - so it's more based on what the topic is rather than who is doing the broadcasting.

Why? You don't want to see the highlights from around the league?
