Well I think it was kind of about the Audi... when you get right down to the upshot of the whole concept. I think the headlights are just sort of the gimick part of the deal.
But... to the commercial's credit, my wife informs me that those Team Edward folks from Forks... drive Audis.
Oh, and someone's status just reminded me... the best part of the whole Super Bowl experience besides my appetizers was Madonna.

I have to say that Madonna put on a great show. Probably the best since Prince performed "Purple Rain" IN THE RAIN!
Anyone else think the commercials were bland....almost too generic?
Maybe its because there were a lot of car ads, and cars are so generic. I dont know the right word to describe the entire run of commercials. It was either a car ad, oldies music, celebrities (Jerry Seinfeld).
It seems like commercials use to be a lot more out there...budweiser. Remember when Ali Landry ate Doritos about 10 years ago? Also none of the ads made you want to log online, with a website tie in.
After the infamous "wardrobe malfunction," Prince and Madonna had the best halftime shows. (I did like the energy of Paul McCartney and Bruce Springsteen too, though.) It seems like the big '80s musicians do them the best.
Duran Duran for the Super Bowl XLVII halftime show!
