Woody Allen has a strange take on the democracy that allowed him to become rich and famous.
The "Scoop" director said it would be a cool idea for President Barack Obama to be dictator for for a few years.
Why?
So he could get things done without all the hassle of opposing views getting in the way.
In an interview published by Spanish language newspaper La Vanguardia (that we translated), Allen says “I am pleased with Obama. I think he’s brilliant. The Republican Party should get out of his way and stop trying to hurt him.”
But wait - there's more!

Woody Allen says President Obama should be granted dictatorial powers (seriously) « Entertainment

This is very true!!! Why not let this man fix problems we see, instead of step over them.

Woody Allen represents liberalism perfectly. Perhaps the actor/director can provide consultation to the liberals in Congress who are about to be laughed off the stage in November? God knows they're gonna need it. The curtain is about to close on this farce.

Dictators are for life. Have you ever heard of a person that has that kind of power relinquish it peacefully? They become dictators and they stay until they die, unless they are forcefully removed.

Sounds like the polar opposite of tea baggers. Both clueless and obviously brainless as well. Then again what would one expect from someone engaged in a sexual relationship with an adapted daughter?

Maybe it's just me, but Woody Allen should probably stick to making movies.
