Obviously the videomaker is a Ron Paul anti-gov freak...
Personally,I like libertarianism but not anarcho-libertarianism...

He & other anarcholibs regard police as "enemy".

For instance,he should have provided name & ID to the officer.


Freakish radical action does not help the open carry cause...

I don't know that he was under obligation to produce an ID card. To identify himself (by giving his name and address), probably, but there is no obligation that I know of to use a card to identify yourself, unless you are driving, then you need to show your license to drive.

The smarter thing would have been not approaching the officer in the first place. The only reason for the encounter at all was because the videographer wanted one.
