I am loath to include poll findings because I find them too fresh and possibly manipulated to be accurate....

But, some of the recent news on Tea Partiers finds them as more educated and wealthier than the average citizen.

Regarding the wealth, are any of these polls even close to being accurate?

Regarding the education bit: is this a reflection of the sad state of education in our nation?

Only if the majority of Tea Baggers are recent HS graduates. From what I've seen/heard, most TBs are old, white folks and any reflection would be on the state of education 40-50 years ago.

No, it came from a right weaning source as well I think. The statistics strike me as strange, no matter what the source.

Well, you have an internet poll where people can select themselves what level of education and income they have.

That should say enough.

That should say enough? Really? Every member of a party takes internet polls on their income and education status? Really? This is now considered "accuracy" in the digital age.

The al Times reported the poll that was done by the NYT and CBS and that is what they said. I found all that right in the Times and the link was right here on C-D. Tea Partiers: Better Educated, Wealthier

Check it out for yourself.

But the NYT reported it like it was all truth. When the bible of the left reports something like that it must be true. Oh yeah, the poll was done with CBS and the al Times.

They're also more well off. Probably greedier (they had to get their wealth somehow).....big shock.

You are getting deeper in the stuff and not paying attention to me telling you that the poll was a NYT/CBS one and surely they are lefty enough to be telling only truth.
