IIRC, this is part of POTUS gift protocol when dealing with foreign gifts while occupying the office. A President may not profit directly while occupying the office from the position of his office. Of course once he is out of office it is a different ballgame. Do your own research.

No, this is your false summary. I said there were specific details which are different from this bill and the laws there. The issue was where he would go. Based on those details to which I read, it seemed it might be an alternative to the system mandated here.

If people were honest they would admit his comment was regarding going to Costa Rica to receive healthcare, not to move permanently.
