I have studied the politics of the issue (as well as the science) and have concluded the resistance of the right wing and their corporate sponsors is a strong desire to avoid responsibility for something their actions have done. Avoiding responsibility for their own actions is the basis of their political and economic activities.
Mankind’s actions both heat (CO2 concentration) and cool (jet condensation clouds) the atmosphere. This is observed fact. The problem is the economic domination by the fossil fuels industry is severely threatened by using other sources of electrical energy and transportation fuels. They have hired the best propagandists on the planet to hide their responsibility for any damage done by their actions. Lying has never been a problem for business so they have no qualms about their campaign to discredit their opposition. Legitimate science simply has very little chance against the master liars.

Not a new study, but a "review" of papers and what do you want to bet those papers are all from AGW fanatics?
This just smacks of the desperation from the AGW believers.
There are many looking into those weather stations across the globe, that have mysteriously gone from 7000 to about 2000 and the "cherry picking" of the ones in the warmest climes is suspicious, to say the least.
The satellite data shows NO warming...at all.....none...zip...zero.
Its only when the fanatics get their hands on raw data and then, "massage" and "homogenize" it (i..e., CHANGE) that the warming comes into play.
Oh, The Met Office? They are "doing over" the last 160 years of temperature data and since their "forecasts" have been atrocious in the last years, they are redoing how they predict the weather.

Sounds like you applied standard climate science evaluation when you "studied" the politics (oh and the science) of the issue. You have their MO down to the letter.

Especially when the claims they make require one to accept their position of authority as evidence.
These people are ignoring what is going on currently and think they can still apply the same old tactics. They really are a one trick pony. The foundation of their position is crumbling around them and their only response is to continue as normal.

"cool (jet condensation clouds) the atmospher" the friction from the wings of high flying jets is affecting the earth's climate in a measurable way? They don't even have a way to measure water vapor in the atmosphere, but they can measure the effects of contrails?
Out of tens of thousands of researchers who have published thousands of studies, you right-wing nutters can only cite one incident where global warming research was muddied by unethical conduct, and you see no other evidence as valid.
As long as you keep using the same weak talking points, you continue to demonstrate that there is no evidence to support your claims and you strengthen the case for AGW.
Every academic discipline suffers from cases of individual researchers cooking the books in order to boost their reputation. Such unethical individuals are the exception, not the norm, but they are an ink stain on the otherwise trustworthy peer-review process by which scientific knowledge advances.
There is one other road block to scientific progress, and that shows up in the form of egocentric recalcitrance on the part of older researchers who are bothered by new evidence that challenges their prior findings. Even Einstein suffered from a bit of this, as demonstrated by his resistance to quantum theory.
With respect to global warming, most of the scientific resistance to the theory has come from old-school scientists whose personal reputations are at stake. They're becoming extinct as more and more of them accept the overwhelming evidence for the theory.
Meanwhile, back at Fox News, ostriches continue to find "evidence" against the theory buried deep in the sands of ignorance and political posturing in favor of oil, coal, and natural gas companies...
Scientists seriously need to stop with all of this "man-made global warming" stuff. It's done and over with, we've found out it was all a big scam and know that there is NO global warming. People have finally come back to their senses.
So scientists... PLEASE go away and stop trying to indoctrinate this global warming nonsense on the American people. Okay?
