Watch mega-millionaire CEO find out that they can't perform even the lowliest functions that they pay crap wages for others to perform and discover that productivity rules that they themselves ordered have no relationship to reality. Watch them as they discover that their low paid employees have much to offer their corporate culture!
i saw the one with the 7-11 CEO. besides causing the coffeemaker run over once, he didn't appear particulary inept at all.
actually, this is one of the better ideas for a 'reality' show, imho.
So a CEO didn't know how to perform low level jobs after only one day on the job. Big whoop. Even experienced people take days or weeks to learn some jobs. Experienced people for my job takes months of training before they can work by themselves. I love the show and wish more CEOs would consider doing something like this. Being so high up, the only info they receive are usually from their VPs who generally are "yes men". I wish our CEO would come and work with us in the building maintenance. His VPs are made up most of registered nurses and doctors. Anytime problems with nurses are brought up, the VP nurses stand up for their nurses saying, "they don't do that" or "not our nurses" type statements then it becomes our word vs nurses word. Another problem is that the administrators don't bother to get input from employees BEFORE deciding on a renovation or redesign of particular parts of the hospital. They always seem to go for what looks good rather that what works best for the patients and the employees. The employees who work on the job site every day have great ideas on improving production or quality of work for both employees and customers. They know more about how to improve that piece of the company than the executives but execs never listen to or even "TALK WITH" instead of "talking to" the low ranking employees. This gives the CEO a chance to speak with them and see what's happening at the customer service or production level.

If we would only that this approach to washington and remember they are the CEO's with alot of yes men who have no idea how things are working.
Give the power to the people over their paychecks, their personal lives and let us run our own lives.
Watched the one of White Castle Sun and he actually ran a restaurant before becoming the president. Its family run and they started out working in the stores flipping the burgers and dropping those fries lol
Think about it: You're on the job when a new hire comes in followed by a camera crew. Oddly, he looks very much like the photo of the CEO mounted on the bulletin board by the time clock.
Naw...couldn't be him. It MUST be some new guy they're filming a documentary about.
Just imagine how clueless the worker would be if the situations were reversed and they had to fill in for the CEO for the day-it is all about one's experience not their intelligence-

Totally! The peons who do the grunt work probably don't even know how to swing a golf club, let alone meet the CEO's "business partners" for a foursome on the green! LOL! And how on earth could the low life know how many or which kind of cocktails are appropriate to order at the country club?
I think if the low level employee had to take a business trip, he would probably never find the first class lounge at the airport either - really clueless! Maybe he wouldn't even find his way to the airport - God only knows.
Best part is where the Hooters CEO is shocked that one of the franchises treats women like human garbage.
NOT AT MY HOOTERS!!!
