While the Republican party is more in favor of self reliance and hard working and less in favor of handouts and so forth, the Democratic party simply reaches out and understands minorities more as a whole.... whether giving out food stamps or welfare checks is helping poor people improve their life or stay poor, that's a different question.

As for the Black Republicans posted back on page 1, honestly I have nothing against them but life most Black Republicans the forget where they came from and disassociate themselves from their people... it's where the strong hate comes in for Black Republicans.

The Republican party was the party that was more beneficial to blacks in the old days, Democrats came in and stole the black vote... a good part of that reason was that they vowed to help the black community, Republicans became mostly white and with different views and ideas as a whole.

Republicans need the minority vote though, they really need a stronger minority presence.

What makes you think they "forget where they came from" and that they "disassociate themselves from their people?"

Democratic party simply reaches out and understands how to USE minorities more as a whole....

Black Republicans have not forgotten where they came from, they see themselves no differance than anyone else and do not live their lives in the past, using it as a crutch. They refuse to be filled with the propaganda of the Democrats.
