In the State of the Union Address, Obama made the following statement:
“I know that there are those who disagree with the overwhelming scientific evidence on climate change.”
However, the very evidence he stands on seems to be melting as report after report from Europe punches hole after hole in the IPCC’s report on the subject.
Least we forget this report from this group is THE report that drives all Climate change discussion. Trillions of dollars and Government policy depend on it.
First we find that the report stated:
Himalayan glaciers could disappear by 2035
Second, the IPCC report suggests Ice disappearing from mountain tops.
Evidently IPCC has changed course from Peer reviewed papers written by respected scientists to using regular magazine articles quoting folks who like to hike in the mountains. That is a far cry from the “its science” the AGW crowd likes to roll with isn’t it?
Third, the IPCC reported that the Amazon Rain Forrest is disappearing right now because of climate change. However it seems once again the IPCC is using strange stuff to replace hard science to come up with the report. It seems the IPCC has taken to printing reports from the World Wildlife Fund as scientific evidence! Not peer reviewed papers just stuff written by the OMG WE ARE KILLING FURRY LITTLE ANIMALS crowd.
The evidence is melting like a wicked witch being doused with water. Mr. Obama’ faith not withstanding, someone from the “weather is not climate” team needs to explain how they can believe in Anthropogenic Global Warming when the evidence is melting faster than the snow on Kilimanjaro!

I think those supposedly stolen e-mails opened a gate to something that the IPCC and UN just can't close without using this method of talking. Yep, they are losing their butts but don't seem to be ready to give in.
Of course, Obama is wanting Cap and Trade so he can further weaken the US economy for his own personal reasons.

Not to side track things, but I read that Obama's new budget has something around $800B in projected tax revenue from Cap & Trade.
oh boy. so what you are saying is the 3.8 trillion dollar budget with over 8% deficit spending is nearly a trillion off based on the hopes that dems in congress can raise a trillion in new taxation.... during a recession.
not to be outdone by Phile Jones and the CRU, New Zealand's top climate agency NIWA has lost its records....They dont know how they adjusted their temp. record...
