Typical right wing White victim-ism lies and garbage. As if whites have had it so bad around the world and in the America's. Just admit you're a white surprimacist that's begging for some form of white nationalism. Educate me? LOL no, you're trying to spew the typical far right white victim talk in order to down play the struggle that other groups have gone through. This is more Turner Diary talk trying to justify some form of angry white man syndrome.
There are plenty of you storm front members on here trying to hide who you are.
Obviously, you are a victim of the inner city public education nightmare that instructs you to focus on your nose.
You're a racist because that's all you see. And you haven't a f'ing clue about history.
What I'm pointing out is that that slavery didn't begin and end with Africans .. it was going on long before the first White man stepped foot on the continent of Africa ... and the first accounts of black Africans being enslaved were by their fellow black Africans.
Those that want to label slavery as a white on black crime is both ignorant of history and a pure racist, promoting a racist agenda.
Better that you might focus that hatred toward those who deserve it, since we are all slaves to the international banker gangsters who are robbing us blind RIGHT NOW.
Yes it is true that there was slavery long before the European came to Africa, but chattel slavery did not exist among Africans. Africans for the most part did not treat their slaves like sub-humans. In Africa slavery, slaves were able to live an almost normal life. It was more like indenture servant slavery rather than straight up brutal "you're my property" slavery like the way European-American slave masters did to their black slaves. Europeans started chattel slavery.
Irish slaves in America were indenture servants for the most part. A lot of them were treated the same(sometimes even worse) as African slaves. What differ the Irish-American slaves from the black slaves is the Irish slaves were only slaves temporarily. Once they served some years to pay off their debt to their masters(usually English protestant), they were let free to live normal lives. Most blacks on the other hand stayed slaves and indenture servants and freed blacks were in the minority.

Total bunk, and totally transparent racism .... the bad, evil white man invented "chattel" slavery? Nonsense.
Africans routinely captured other Africans enslaved them brutally long before the first white European arrived. Some decapitated them, shrunk their heads and wore them as jewelry.
Mayans would rip the still beating hearts out of their captives ... and the Egyptians were known to work their slaves to death.
Slavery in Africa still exists TODAY ... Sudan, Nigeria, and other places. In fact, slavery wasn't formally outlawed in Sudan until 2007!!!
Slavery has existed throughout recorded history in virtually every civilization, with varying degrees of brutality and harshness ... and was thousands of years old before the Portuguese engaged in buying African slaves from other Africans in the 15th century.
Sorry pal, but slavery was on it's final breaths in colonial America, after thousands of years of practice.
Slavery has been practiced by all, but the brutality of it here in America was unheard of and was the most horrendous form of slavery for any human being, but then again black slaves here in America were not considered to be 100% human. Stop trying to justify what happened by indicating or explaining away who all owned slaves once upon a time ago. It was the way in which the people were treated while they were slaves.
Remember that slaves could earn their way to freedom, and not be beaten, whipped, hung, body parts cut off, set on fire, wives raped by the master in front of children and husband, babies being cut out of the womb while husband and children watched, etc.
Freedom was not an option for slaves here in America.
Slavery in some African countries is pretty brutal too.
There was this 2004/5 interview with a Canadian (I believe) couple who spent thousands of dollars and freed several hundred slaves in Africa. One woman featured said that a former slave owner cut into her arm and wrapped rope around the bone when she was falling behind. She was also raped and forced to bear his kids (and I think her first child was thrown away).
Actually, there was chattel slavery in Africa and the Middle East. In fact, the Romans were responsible for selling northern and eastern Europeans into it.
Those slaves were field workers, ship hands, miners, etc., and did not have enough human rights to marry or form family units, they were sold and resold, and they lived or died at the whim of their masters, and all the other hallmarks of chattel slavery. Who do you think built the great monuments of North Africa and the Middle-East? People of all races, chained together.
That should not be used to justify the 17-19th century situation with African chattel slavery in the New World, but it is conveniently ignored by propagandists who want to vilify Europeans.
Except... I don't recall any of the other races contributing to slavery and the oppression of others.
If I'm wrong, please correct me.
You're wrong.

In Senegambia, between 1300 and 1900, close to one-third of the population was enslaved. In early Islamic states of the western Sudan, including Ghana (750–1076), Mali (1235–1645), Segou (1712–1861), and Songhai (1275–1591), about a third of the population were slaves. In Sierra Leone in the 19th century about half of the population consisted of slaves. In the 19th century at least half the population was enslaved among the Duala of the Cameroon and other peoples of the lower Niger, the Kongo, and the Kasanje kingdom and Chokwe of Angola. Among the Ashanti and Yoruba a third of the population consisted of slaves. The population of the Kanem (1600–1800) was about a third-slave. It was perhaps 40% in Bornu (1580–1890). Between 1750 and 1900 from one- to two-thirds of the entire population of the Fulani jihad states consisted of slaves. The population of the Sokoto caliphate formed by Hausas in the northern Nigeria and Cameroon was half-slave in the 19th century. Between 65% to 90% of the population of Arab–SwahiliZanzibar was enslaved. Roughly half the population of Madagascar was enslaved.[4][5][6]
When British rule was first imposed on the Sokoto Caliphate and the surrounding areas in northern Nigeria at the turn of the 20th century, approximately 2 million to 2.5 million people there were slaves.[7] Slavery in northern Nigeria was finally outlawed in 1936.[8] [edit] Slavery in Ethiopia and Eritrea
Slavery as practised in what is modern Ethiopia and Eritrea was essentially domestic. Slaves thus served in the houses of their masters or mistresses, and were not employed to any significant extent for productive purpose. Slaves were thus regarded as second-class members of their owners' family,[9] and were fed, clothed and protected. Women were taken as sex slaves. They generally roamed around freely and conducted business as free people. They had complete freedom of religion and culture.[10] The first attempt to abolish slavery in Ethiopia was made by Emperor Tewodros II (r. 1855–1868),[11] although the slave trade was not abolished completely until 1923 with Ethiopia's ascension to the League of Nations.[12] Anti-Slavery Society estimated there were 2,000,000 slaves in the early 1930s out of an estimated population of between 8 and 16 million.[13] Slavery continued in Ethiopia until the Italian invasion in October 1935, when the institution was abolished by order of the Italian occupying forces.[14] In response to pressure by Western Allies of World War II, Ethiopia officially abolished slavery and involuntary servitude after having regained its independence in 1942.[15][16] On August 26, 1942 Haile Selassie issued a proclamation outlawing slavery.[17] [edit] Slavery in Somalia
The Bantus are the descendants of people from various ethnic groups in what is modern-day Tanzania, Malawi and Mozambique who were brought to Somalia as slaves in the 19th century. It is estimated that the Bantu in Somalia number around 80,000 (1970 estimate) out of a total population of over 11 million, with most concentrated between the Juba and Shabelle rivers in the south.[18] Contrary to the Somalis, who are for the most part nomadic herders, the Bantu are mainly sedentary farmers. Bantus are also ethnically, physically, and culturally distinct from Somalis, and have remained marginalized ever since their arrival in Somalia.[19] During the recent civil war in Somalia, many Bantu were evicted from their farms by various armed factions of Somali clans.[20] [edit] Slavery in North Africa
So before you open your mouth to demonize whites and their history why don't you learn a damn thing about history. "It is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you are a fool than to open it and remove all doubt."- Mark Twain

Every race has been involved in slavery. In fact blacks enslave blacks to this day. Muslims treat their womenn as slaves, to this day. China has always treat a great protion of their citizens like slaves, to this day. There has always been slavery throughout history to some degree.

Yes only evil whitey came along and invented "chattel" slavery. The bad bad evil white man...
Do some research on slavery instead of getting your information from the movie "Roots". or was this sarcasm that I missed.
Slavery was alive and well before white Europeans engaged in the slave trade with Africa. btw African blacks sold blacks into slavery. Conquering nations used slavery long before the African slave trade.
So...blacks selling blacks made slavery ok? That justifies it, huh?
I mean, white Germans murdered 6 million white jews. Should i tell the Jews to shut up just because they were slaughtered by their fellow whites?
Anyway, to the topic....Negro obviously means black in Spanish. Still, referring to me as a Negro in person would lead to some pretty big problems, but i'd be inclined to give out one warning against its use. The user wouldn't get two warnings, that's for damn sure.
