It sure does appear to me that Obama is going back into permanent campaign mode with bringing Plouffe back. I guess someone has figured out what he is best at and it sure isn't aiding a comeback from serious economic troubles.
He needs a whole team for PR, just bringing Plouffe back to sell the same tired line ain't gonna cut it. Better yet, why not start living up to all those campaign promises? Then you wouldn't need to do the PR circuit.

Americans are not going to be sold again.
They just will not buy the same rhetoric over and over.
He said the Health care issue was rejected by the voters because he didn't get his message to them!!
This guy is in serious denial!!
In one year, the messiah has given over 400 speeches. This does not count interviews on his government sanctioned tv stations. 29 of these speeces specifically targeted his Health Care Reform platform. And his reason it has now stalled?
They failed to properly inform the American Public. I understand that he is now considering such options as forced hypnotic thought insertion. He has stepped up his campaign efforts and will now give 400 speeches in the next two weeks.
No, Mr. President. We get it!!! WE JUST DON'T WANT IT!
He is so full of himself that he couldn't possibly believe that.
This president has to be the disappointment of the century for people who thought he would be so great purely based on being a great orator with lofty hopey, changey rhetoric.
I hope in the future people think twice before voting for an individual with all of the following: zero leadership experience, zero experience in business, zero experience in the military, zero experience with foreign affairs, zero experience running anything.
