Eevn he today wanrned that we may now see a double dip recession comong. Certainly congress including many moderates have shown that they are really worried about the debt in looking at a commissio that puts evry program on the table with non-polictcal experts on it and a up or down vote. My guess is it would be very hard for any senator to vote aginst it that way and maybe the only way of getting serious cuts in budget. Its looking like the deficit will grow far beyond 2013 and onlyt get worse as it stands. Its goping to take serious entitlem, ents to cut it in coming years more and more are recognising.

This is Bin Laden's dream come true, he lives to see the financial collapse of the United States. That is what he hoped to accomplish on 9/11/01.

A little different story. Reagan did not have a debt of 12 trillion dollars. When one no longer has any money, one should not go on a spending spree.

Saggy, are you one of the same guys that said not to worry about losses of "dirty" manufacturing jobs, as we would do just fine in a new "service" economy?

The funny thing is that Congress gave itself a pay raise in the middle of the bailouts and talks about healthcare

It seems that Obama is way over his head, or that those who he has surrounded himself with want the US economy in the drain. Obama's approval rate has already dropped to 39% according to one of this week's polls.

Does Obama work for OBL then?

No one, and I mean no one in their right mind would do what he is doing.

He is planning on spending us into the ground.

His budget for next year takes care of all his loser voters. Welfare budget for losers for 2010 is more money then the entire Iraq War cost.

Think about it, if he brings us to our knees and makes us all weak and we have no money and no guns to fight the moron back, he takes total control and can do whatever he wants.

Why cant some people see what he is doing?

The Obama robots cannot seem to understand that the idiot in the WH has spent all that money to create jobs and is in the hole 8 million.

Even Obama does not believe small businesses that manufacture goods we need in the US is our backbone. With them, we are done.

We need to tariff the crap out any business leaving the US and wanting to bring goods back into the US and we need to manufacture items here in the US. The stimulus was suppose to create jobs, but the EXPERTS Obama called on all seemed to not understand how to create them.
