Looks like more pernicious effects from the Patriot Act - although the article doesn't say that. In any event, I sure wish people had listened to the liberals back when we warned of the unConstitutional threat to freedom that it posed.

And now that obama and his minions are in charge.........what about that?

Oh, that's right - their intentions must be pure and they mean no harm.

Very, very simple for obama and holder to make a change - stroke of a pen.

Oh, let's not forget that obama had the opportunity to vote as senator for the retooling of these programs - how did he vote?

The subpoena has been withdrawn and the department is not commenting. Looks like they got caught trying to pull an end-around.
