For the umpteenth time, marriage--even marriage to the person of one's choice--IS NOT A RIGHT. It is a privilege, as is having a drivers' license, a business license, a job, holding an office, joining an invitation-only organization, even owning and living in your own home is a privilege. The list is endless.
So, if you want to call being able to legally marry the person of your choice what it really is--a privilege--you might have a case. Otherwise, no.
