You know at first I was laughing after I read this. Then I felt a cold chill down my back. One of those times where you find out that the most improbable thing is most likely the case? Like bizaro world or something.
Since there are nearly a million registered CD users and who knows how many guests, I'd be surprised if this forum wasn't watched closely. That cold chill was reality.
B) Does anyone know what the penalty is for not providing ins by and employer?
Not sure I understand your question.
employers under the bill dont have to provide insurance, they can pay a tax to avoid it..
citizens under the bill can face 5 years in jail / $250,000 fine for not carrying it..

I guess if you get arrested you get free care..
EXCELLENT point. You have hit the nail on the head. Once all the uninsured are in prison for not being insured, then 96% of Americans will have health care. Now I know where obama's statisitics came from. After all, this is the president that dead people voted for and said unemployment would not go over 8%.
shhhhh, you'll get the "free healthcare" people banging down the door at their local jail. We need a free healthcare door to instant death. That way we can finally get rid of all the morons that actually think there is such a thing as free healthcare.

It's a start. It is a place to begin to change a system that is rotten to the core and ran by greedy robber barrons. It is a compromise but one we had to make to get anything.

If people are scared they should not express any opinions- here or elsewhere. They should be like most American sheep and just keep their mouths shut, follow orders and pay their taxes.
